Excellent help. I also thought it might be because my computer crashed last April. I restored to factory defaults and then reinstalled everything and restored all my personal stuff from an internal hard with USB adaptor. I suspect I forgot to reset the size. It appears to working now. Apparently tech did not see my second message I sent after the first one.

May I suggest that you can remove 'Good, Satisfactory, Average and Poor' from your rating choices since during my lengthy reliance on Protonic solutions have never been less that Excellent!

He pointed me in the right direction. I was able to fix the laptop, and when the desktop did the same thing, I fixed that too!! Protonic has always treated me right. Thank you.

I have always had problems finding the website. Seems there is a drug company with a similar name. I now have it saved to my favorites, but for a 1st time user it might be a challenge. Not sure how to fix that, but thought you should know. Thanks for a wonderful site.

I always find myself helped by knowledgeable, patient, kind people. I've never made a donation to you in the past, but would really like to because you've helped me a lot. I don't have a lot of money, but will send what I can. However, I should tell you that I just tried to send a VISA payment through Paypal and it wouldn't accept my Canadian address.
