You may want to consider instituting a premier service where technicians/volunteers can provide assistance via remote access similar to Microsoft's answer desk or like Apple's technical support.-.

Tech was excellent. The problem turned out to be more serious than either of us thought. I printed out a copy of the tech initial email to me for the tech(s)n at Best Buy to see what had been tried but failed. They did a full diagnostic of hardware, tuneup and changed my browser and that corrected problems.

I learned a lot from this experience. Sometimes it pays to go to a professional tech. The important thing is the computer is fixed.

make sure Jevan recieves this if you would. Jevan did a fantastic job in giving me a solution to the problem, I think it would have been the fix to the problem as stated. Only problem was that one of the correction steps was not possible unless I down loaded the part I was short in my "10" local users and groups, without that the segment the fix was impossible. I decided to just live with the problem as it was. Thanks again to Protonic,,

James has far more in-depth experience and knowledge than any online forum or tech support person I've found thus far. Complete confidence in James' advice for resolving this frustrating mistake, caused by Microsoft's "Creator" version update, to Windows 10. Countless other users are complaining of the exact same problem: Upon realizing "Creator" is a useless waste of time, those of us who chose to go back to the prior version of Windows 10 are confronted by the same error, i.e., and NVIDIA graphics driver failed to install. MS is fully aware of the issue and offers no solution. Out in the cold on this one, I'm just grateful to the Almighty that I have Protonic to rely upon, for coming to the rescue. Cleaning up after the incompetence of others requires the ultimate expertise as well as the most professional attitude, borne of truly wanting to be of service to others. Many thanks, James, for your outstanding help, instantly knowing exactly how to drill down, for the best possible resolution! All the best!

We frequently spread the good word, letting others know of this totally unique expert tech support I intend to begin using social media, heavily, for conveying, to Microsoft, our tremendous disappointment, with their incompetence and their lack of commitment to their customers; MS simply has not a care in the world to help resolve this particular short-fall, yet another incompetent oversight/error of their own making.
