I have been helped tremendously in the past when one could actually get inside the computer and replace parts. The trend now seems to be problem computer ? buy a new one!! Thanks and I hope you will still be around when a new problem pops up.

Keyboard is on my ultralight and have no idea how or why replacing it makes sense. I have found the problem..covering my camera makes the back-light work..why I don't know, but makes more sense than trying to replace the keyboard! Thanks, anyway{:-)

I appreciate tech following up even I the problem of going down was probably something couldn't handle. One the channels I subscribe to sent an email with their latest video and they mentioned the problem lasted about 1.5 hours and they were off line.
